Internet, cable and telephone service related complaints

Complaints related to television, internet, and telephone service issues are handled by the state of MA. The City of Somerville does not have governing authority over utility companies and cannot respond to any of their service or equipment issues. For complaints, constituents should first try to contact the provider, if contacting the provider does not resolve the problem, contact the Department of Telecommunications and Cable in one of the following ways:
